What we do

Springs, cables, rollers, hinges, track, openers, panels and full door installs. Houses and businesses. Most repairs get finished on the first visit because the truck carries the parts that account for the large majority of failures. When something has to be ordered, you hear it at the diagnosis, not after we have already started.

How we price

Tune-up is $79 to $99. Everything else gets quoted on site after we look at the door, in full, before anything comes apart. We do not give firm phone quotes on symptoms with four possible causes, because that number is either padded to cover the worst case or it goes up when we get there. Both are ways of not telling you the price.

The part of this job that actually hurts people

We are blunt about this because it is true, not because it sells. A torsion spring on a double door is wound about seven and a half turns and holds back more than 200 pounds. The bottom brackets are under that full pull any time the door is closed. Winding bars slipping out of a cone send people to the emergency room with hand, wrist and face injuries every year. Most maintenance on a garage door is fine for a handy person to do. Spring tension is not, and we will tell you the same thing on the phone as we would in the driveway.

What we will not do

We will not show up on a spring call with a new door quote already written. We will not turn the close force up to stop a nuisance reverse and call it fixed. And we will not put fake numbers on this website. No invented review counts, no awards nobody gave us, no technician bios we made up. Ten reviews at 5.0 is what we have, so ten reviews is what it says.

Fort Worth and west. Tarrant, Parker, Johnson, Hood, Wise and Somervell counties. We keep the map tight on purpose. A company that claims the whole metroplex is a company that is going to give you a four hour window and use three of it driving.
